Sundeep and his team came together to successfully build this one-of-a-kind invoice exchange that also happens to be the first TReDS platform in the Indian subcontinent. The exchange has been developed to meet the guidelines defined by the Indian regulator, RBI, and serve the objective of financial inclusion for MSME enterprises in the country. M1xchange has a PAN India network of participants that includes public and private sector corporates and their MSME suppliers, and more than 30 banks who participate in the financing of receivables of these MSMEs.

Sundeep’s other business venture is a large production company that offers tech-enabled finance and HR solutions and is committed to uncovering opportunities and empowering corporates with technology to enhance customer experience, increase scale, and lower costs. Sundeep is currently focused on providing strategic direction to the company and is working towards achieving high growth for Mynd, which will help in creating products as per customer needs and increase its top line while maintaining its bottom line. He is directly involved in developing, nurturing, and managing Mynd’s key client relationships. He has also successfully acquired numerous preferred partners to support Mynd’s technology-based endeavours and scale up its business.

Sundeep has been on the Board of Directors for many renowned companies. He has played a key role in planning the entry strategy and has set up subsidiaries for many multinational companies in India. Under his leadership, Mynd has seen consistent growth at a rate of over 20% CAGR from the year 2009 onwards. This was primarily because of investing in technology and bringing platform-based offerings in the accounting and HR domains to the customers.
